COOP BISTRO HAGASTADEN
When Coop (one of the biggest grocery retailers in Sweden) opened its new grocery store in Hagastaden they also introduced a Coop Bistro – A Bistro that serves the neighbourhood from early morning to late evening.
Lead architect in project was Studio Peter Lundbergh.

Beautiful table tops were made in “FORESSO” – a “timber terasso” . Foresso contains a minimum of 65% waste stream content.
Trials to achieve the right ruff texture and color of the wall.
The fun part with work is to see the transformation of a space. It´l like a blank canvas waiting to be painted.
